Myrtle's Kitchen - A Taste of Herefordshire
They are back and they are absolutely scrummy!
Anyone who loves jams, chutneys and preserves will be aware that the taste of the finished product is dependent entirely on the quality of the ingredients. As a former Chef, Jane Raven the founder Myrtle's Kitchen in Herefordshire is only too aware of this. Jane used her knowledge of quality suppliers local to Herefordshire to produce a range of preserves which combine traditional flavours with a contemporary twist to make something really quite special.
Since first being established in 2014 Myrtle's Preserves have won accolade after accolade and numerous Taste Awards. In addition to this, it is now stocked in wonderful stores, deli's and restaurants throughout the UK (Selfridges and Liberty of London amongst them). Not bad for a local business relying on local produce and ensuring it is picked and preserved at absolutely the optimum time.
Our customers absolutely love Myrtle's and we'd love you to sample it so we've added a range to the website including Jane's latest 'Big Picnic Chutney', packed with Herefordshire gooseberries it is the ideal accompaniment to cold meats and cheeses.
